A full-time hot desk is one where a member pays for exclusive, anytime use of a hot desk. This means that they have 24 hours a day, seven days a week access to the community.
The hot desk may be a part of a communal set up similar to the one on the left. These configurations allow for the optimum level of collaboration and are our most cost-effective membership type. They can be used on a full or part time basis or with a day pass. You have full access to our basic internet, ergonomic seating, and electrical outlets so that you remain fully charged.
A part-time hot desk membership refers to limited hours the membership can be used. The membership can be used during weekdays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 am. Unrestricted hours may be used on weekdays and weekend days based on availability as determined by our member portal’s AI.

For those who want a little more stability, CoLabUS offers dedicated, or warm, desks that can be leased to a client or business. The Warm Desk membership allows for a member to show up and use a specific desk that is more private. Unlike the hot desk, the warm desks may include wired and/or secured and unshared networked, high-speed internet access and a desk that is portioned from other desks in the open area.
As with the hot desks, this membership desk provides ample outlets to charge devices and power laptops; a comfortable chair; access to phone rooms for private telephone conversations; and a preferred level of access to the conference rooms. It also includes free drip coffee and 24/7 access to the space.
Warm desk members have access to two conference rooms that can be rented through the member portal app. Free coffee through our GrindUS member company is also daily.
Currently, the size of a warm desk is determined to be 40 s.f./desk.
Private Office
$499.99/month and Up
Privates offices, separated from other membership desk types by movable walls and a door, can be leased. They are considered a part of our premium membership services.
We have three types of memberships for private offices:
- Large Office
- Medium Office
- Small Office
All offices are dedicated spaces, meaning that once you enter into an office membership, that office is yours for the duration of your membership. Included in a large office membership is a private office with a door that is secured (with a lock and key); wired high-speed internet access and access to secured/unshared networked, high-speed internet access. This membership also provides ample outlets to charge devices and power laptops; an executive chair; and a premier level of access to the conference rooms.
What separates the various private office memberships is the size of the office.
Multipurpose Room
$74.99/hour and up
Each community will include a multipurpose room that can be configured for various events and purposes. The primary purpose of the multipurpose room is as a conference room. However, the room will be designed and equipped with video streaming and audio equipment for streaming training, seminars, and for video capture for YouTube and Vimeo. Also, with respect to the health and fitness component, the room can be used for:
- Yoga Classes
- Full Body Workouts – e.g., kettlebells
- Nutritional Classes
- Keto and Intermittent Fasting
- Health Screenings
In addition to health and wellness, the multipurpose room can be used for special events. Because the walls in our facility are configurable, CoLabUS can host various events from a small meetings of constituents in the community; classes for high school and college students and others; and even larger events. With the above mentioned audio-visual capabilities, the possibilities are endless.
Meeting Room
$60/hour and up
A separate smaller meeting room is available for smaller meetings and events, YouTube and Vimeo video capture, meeting streaming, and other uses for smaller attendance.
We require 100 – 150 MPS upload and download speeds that are preferable for:
- Video conferencing
- Streaming
- Downloading and uploading files to cloud servers
Privacy Pods
Based on membership
The pods can be used for a variety of purposes. They can be used for private legal consultation, telemedicine virtual visits, virtual therapy sessions or any purpose where privacy is essential.
Each pod has access to state-of-the-art streaming and video-capture equipment.
