Our Mandate

The Mission

Our mandate is to provide a co-working community to areas with pent-up demand for conventional and community office space. Networking and relationships with others are the reasons why our members invest in a communal space as opposed to working from home for free or renting a nondescript office.

Our manifesto emphasizes the need to bridge the gap between all living generations, from baby boomers to generation Z. Moreover, additional emphasis placed on health, wellness, and student education programs are put into place to build upon this theme.

Work With Comfort

Enough of working at home, parks, cafes and other places. Work with comfort in our co-working community. We provide ergonomically correct workstations and desk. We also have best in class internet access to allow the fastest in download and streaming speeds. And our conference rooms and meeting space are convenient to those in the communities in which we are located.

What We Provide

Quick Desk

A quick desk is one where a member pays for exclusive, anytime use of a communal desk. This means that they have 24 hours a day, seven days a week access to the community.

Personal Desk

For those who want a little more stability and privacy, CoLabUS offers dedicated, or warm, single desks that can be leased to a client or business. It comes with an ergonomic chair, too.

Private Office

Privates offices, separated from other membership desk types by movable walls and a door, can be leased. We have three sizes from which to choose: large, medium, and small.

Multipurpose Room

Each community will include a multipurpose room that can be configured for various events and purposes. The primary purpose of the multipurpose room is as a conference room.

Meeting Room

A separate smaller meeting room is available for smaller meetings and events, YouTube and Vimeo video capture, meeting streaming, and other uses for smaller attendance.

Cleaning

We thoroughly clean and scrub each community. The pandemic has encouraged us to place additional care in ensuring we have a clean and disinfected community.
